VTECHSEMI One-Year Warranty Service Instructions

VTECHSEMI provides a standard one-year warranty service for all our products. Within one year from the date of shipment, VTECHSEMI guarantees the quality of all products manufactured by us against defects in materials and workmanship.

The following situations are not covered by VTECHSEMI's free repair service:

1) Damage to the product's appearance;

2) Damage caused by improper use or connection with incompatible devices;

3) Unauthorized changes to hardware or software configurations;

4) The product's warranty seal being torn or showing signs of being tampered with;

5) Accidental damage caused during transportation or by external forces;

6) Malfunctions or damage caused by irresistible factors (e.g., natural disasters).
