MT5250A High-Precision Source Measurement Unit

The MT5250A is a high-precision Source Measurement Unit (SMU) in the standard PXIe bus form. It has the functions of a four-quadrant voltage source, current source, ammeter, voltmeter, pulse signal source, and electronic load. It provides a current of 1A (with a resolution of 10fA) and a voltage of 200V (with a resolution of 100nV). Combined with customized host computer software, it can achieve efficient and accurate measurements. It supports standard PXIe chassis, making it convenient for integration and expansion.
