X5142 Non-standard 10x12 Low-leakage Switch Matrix Module

The X5142 is a 10x12 non-standard low-leakage switch matrix module. It provides 8 channels of low-leakage current SMU (triaxial) inputs and 2 channels of CV (coaxial) inputs, along with 12 channels of triaxial outputs. The Y connections between each board can be cascaded to form a switch matrix of 10x(12xN, where the maximum value of N is 4).
