Signal Source

The high-voltage semiconductor pulse source is capable of generating fast and narrow pulses, and it supports dual-level and triple-level outputs. It is widely applied to the characterization of the writing/erasing and durability tests of non-volatile memories, as well as the tests of the high-speed dynamic response characteristics of MOSFETs or other semiconductor devices.
