The VT320 is a high-precision digital source meter, available in both dual-channel and single-channel options. It integrates multiple functions such as a precision voltage source, current source, voltmeter, ammeter, electronic load, ohmmeter, and power meter, meeting diverse testing requirements. It is equipped with a 5-inch touchscreen for convenient operation. With a high resolution of 10fA, it provides assistance for the testing of semiconductor devices, passive devices, and sensors.

Equipped with multiple communication interfaces, it supports USB2.0, LAN, RS232, and GPIB.
The front-mounted USB enables functions such as data storage and online upgrade.
