MT5310 ±40V High-Voltage Pulse Generation Unit

The MT5310 is a single-channel ±40V high-voltage pulse generation unit. It features a wide output voltage range, high voltage slew rate, extremely short rising and falling edges, and supports the output of two-level or three-level pulses. Thanks to its synchronous design, it can meet users' requirements for multi-channel synchronous output. The module can output fast narrow pulses with a minimum pulse width of 10 ns. It comes with a VISA-based DLL driver for Windows, enabling secondary development.
