1）Check whether the network device is as shown in the figure

2）Check if the currently used software version is compatible with the device.

1) Install the NI-VISA environment.

2) Automatic Network Port Mode: Before controlling the chassis via the network port, ensure the host computer's network port is set to automatic mode (DHCP). Then manually add the LAN port resource in NI-MAX.

3) Manual Network Port Mode: Before controlling the chassis via the network port, manually change the local IP address to 192.168.1.200. In NI-MAX, go to Devices and Interfaces > Network Devices, right-click, and add a VXI-11 device with a static IP address of 192.168.1.100 (if unsure, check the current static communication IP address on the LCD control panel). As shown in the figure below, once the resource name is correctly displayed, the driver will work normally.

4) For specific information on adding network port devices, refer to the VT311 manual.

1）Install the NI-VISA environment.

2）Download the driver files corresponding to the hardware model from our company's official website.

3）Connect the hardware device and power it on. After entering the Device Manager, you will find a new PCI device in the "Unknown Devices" section, as shown in the figure below:

4）Double-click the device, click "Update Driver", and manually change the driver file to the downloaded driver file (e.g., MT5110): 

5）Select "Always install this driver software." :

    After the installation is complete, the device name X5110 will be displayed in the NI-VISA PXI Devices section.

1）Re-download the correct driver files from our company's designated website.

2）In the Linux environment, manually modify the [PCIList.NTx86] field to [PCIList] in the .Inf file; in the Windows environment, manually modify the [PCIList] field to [PCIList.NTx86] in the .Inf file.
