VT311 Low-leakage and C-V Switch Matrix Chassis

The VT311 is a low-leakage and C-V switch matrix chassis in the form of LXI bus. It can be equipped with a maximum of 4 X5142 matrix modules, and is mainly applied to the testing of semiconductors and electronic products. This product has the functions of voltage, current and capacitance measurement, providing 8 channels of low-leakage current SMU (triaxial) input and 2 channels of C-V (coaxial) input, and supporting output configurations of x12, x24, x36 and x48. Users can control the switch matrix through the local touch screen or the remote host computer.
